This is a body sculpting technique that is done manually, using hands. Physique and health are improved through this procedure that allows toxins to drain from the system. Wondering if it is right for you? If you could use a detox or a "clean slate" to refresh your body, this is the treatment for you! Signs your lymphatic system may be backed up are headaches, brain fog, swollen lymph nodes, or tonsils, a lack of energy, reoccurring sore throat or mucus buildup, inability to lose weight, sluggish bowels, feeling sore or stiff in the morning, bloating, swelling, pain, pressure or stiffness around the spine and shoulders, itchy skin, dry skin and acne. Pre-care: Drink 2 liters of water 1-3 days prior to your appointment, it is important to stay hydrated in order to flush the lymphatic system. Arrive to your appointment freshly showered! Do not eat 1 hour before your scheduled appointment time. We treat the stomach and improve digestive flow, if you have eat you may experience discomfort during treatment. Avoid scheduling during your menstrual cycle as an increase in hormones during this time causes the body to retain water. Results will be less visible due to bloating. Aftercare: Drink 1 glass of water per hour for a minimum of 6 hours after treatment. Then, continue to drink water to promote lymphatic flow. It is best to restrict products that impact lymphatic flow during the treatment program. Restrict caffeine, alcohol, and sugar in large amounts. We recommend additional exercise to stimulate continuous lymphatic flow. This can be done through low impact Hands on treatment takes anywhere from 1-1 1/2 hours! The remainder of the session includes time for paperwork, set-up, courtesy time for client's running behind, and clean up! Extra time can be used for add-ons occasionally!
